2. Delivery and Shipping Logistics
We ensure timely and secure delivery of all creative assets:
- Digital Assets: All design files, website source codes, and high-resolution photography are delivered via secure cloud-based links or encrypted corporate email.
- Physical Goods: * Local: We provide complimentary expedited delivery within Dubai city limits (specifically Business Bay and surrounding commercial zones).
- International: Global shipping is facilitated through our logistics partners, DHL and FedEx, ensuring trackable and safe arrival of physical prototypes or apparel.
3. Return and Exchange Framework
- Design & Digital Services: To maintain project momentum, initial prepayments are non-refundable. However, we offer a “Satisfaction Commitment” where multiple revision rounds are provided to ensure the final output aligns perfectly with your vision.
- Physical Merchandise: We uphold strict quality control. Should any manufacturing, printing, or production defects be identified, clients are entitled to a free rework. Claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
4. Warranty and Post-Project Support
- Web Development: Every website launched by Dune Digital includes a 12-month Technical Maintenance Period. This covers bug fixes, security patches, and minor backend adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Photography & Visuals: We guarantee that all final deliverables meet or exceed industry standards for resolution, color accuracy, and file formatting. Original project files are archived in our secure servers for 12 months as a disaster-recovery precaution for our clients.
Comments

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
